Kip "Bok" Wood is the founder of Wild Animal Zen. His root teacher is Adyashanti, but he's also been heavily influenced by David Hawkins, Eckhart Tolle, Byron Katie, Ramana Maharshi, Nisargadatta Maharaj, and Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche. He is a teacher of non-dual presence leading to the realization of your true nature. He lives in Los Angeles and teaches locally in person and worldwide via Zoom.
"With the use of meditation, self-inquiry, and plant medicines, we come to discover that it is safe to let go and relax into presence. In this newly realized, ever-present stillness, we find our true selves."
